Bio:

Meet Dr. Joann Osbourne MLT, BSC, ND
Health as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”, I believe that health is not a luxury but a necessity. I often ask myself why do people have the best cars and ensure their upkeep. The answer is because they are being proactive with their maintenance of their vehicles so that they do not drive 3000 kms down the road when the car decides to stop working. Why not use this same approach to our health? Let’s be proactive and maintain our health so as not to be in the middle of hide and seek with our grandchildren or bring in the groceries and feel that sense of doom because something with our mechanics has gone wrong.

I believe in what Benjamin Franklin stated “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. Working as an integrated system with your current practitioner, we can optimize your health. The combined efforts will ensure the best possible care for you and your family.
