I focus on understanding the root causes of your health concerns because I truly believe that health can be more than just the absence of disease.
I love teaching patients about the foundations of health – nutrition, movement, sleep, stress-management, and connection – and creating easy habits for patients to increase their quality of life.
I use a comprehensive approach including lab testing, nutrition, herbal medicine, supplementation, counselling and lifestyle modification to support your health goals.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Acadia University and completed the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program in British Columbia. After eight years of post-secondary education, my passion for effective, evidence-based medicine continues to inspire me to stay current with the latest research, ensuring you receive the best care possible.
I have a special focus on urinary health (chronic UTI, interstitial cystitis, pelvic congestion syndrome, genitourinary syndrome of menopause etc.) immunology and infectious disease (recurrent and chronic infections, skin infections, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue syndrome), and histamine disorders (mastocytosis, MCAS, histamine intolerance, POTS, Ehler’s Danlos, steroid withdrawal syndrome)
