As a former university athlete and kinesiologist, she understands the importance of movement, nourishment, and sustainable habits for long-term vitality. But her own experience of not knowing where to turn for support led her to naturopathic medicine, where she now helps others navigate their health with clarity and confidence that works for and with you .Dr. Lindsey has a special interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and postpartum care, offering personalized, down-to-earth support for individuals and families. Her approach is rooted in community, empowerment, and making small, sustainable changes that create lasting impact. She also brings a creative, food-first philosophy to her care, inspired by her passion for cooking and sustainable food systems.
Dr. Lindsey graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and then went on to obtain her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. Dr. Lindsey is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and The College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta.
